Employer liability insurance

In accordance with the effective legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic given the damage of health or in the event of employee’s death resulting from accident in production or professional diseases, the employee (his / her family) is indemnified with his / her lost wages, as well as with related additional expenses for medical, social and professional rehabilitation or appropriate expenses, including one-time allowance, in view of death of the employee or his / her disability.

What can be insured?

In accordance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic object of insurance is the property interest of the Insured as “Employer” bearing material responsibility to indemnify harm, injured to one’s Employees in consequence of death, permanent injury or other damage of health during their job performance.

Flexible insurance conditions:

Insurance amount (liability limits) are voluntary fixed by the Insured. Our specialists shall give you recommendations and help you to choose most optimal liability limits.

Alma insurance indemnifies:

Insurance indemnification included (in accordance with norms of labor legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic the following is repayable):

• emolument, which an employee has lost in consequence of disability;
• one-time allowances stipulated by the labor legislation;
• additionally incurred expenses (in accordance with the labor legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic), caused by damage of health, if it is determined, that the injured person is in need of these kinds of aid and care and has no right for gratuitous receipt thereof;
• emolument of a part of emolument, which persons, incapable of work, who were dependent of or having the right for receipt an allowance (regular payments) from the employee, have lost in consequence of death of the employee (breadwinner);
• other costs for indemnification of harm, specified in accordance with the effective Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, in case of establishment of permanent (constant) disability.
