Property insurance

Dear customer of the Alma Insurance company:

If the vehicle is damaged, YOU SHOULD NOT:

• Panic, remember that your property is insured.
• Make a decision to pay for repair services without prior consultation with Alma-Insurance specialists.

Actions of the Insured in the event of an insured event:

• Immediately inform the ;Claims officer of the Alma Insurance about the incident. Not later than 3 business days, after the date of occurrence of the insured event, to notify Alma-Insurance or its authorized representative in writing (by mail, courier, telex, telegraph or telefax).

In case of fire

1. Take measures to extinguish the fire, immediately report the incident to the bodies of the fire service on tel. 101 and continue to follow the recommendations of firefighters.
2. To take measures for the preservation of what has survived;
3. Obtain a certificate from the fire department indicating the cause of the fire and the decision (if the investigation materials are sent to law enforcement agencies - a document from these bodies) and forward them to Alma-Insurance.

In case of unlawful actions of third parties:

1. Immediately report the incident to the territorial police station by tel. 102 and call on the scene of the employees of the territorial police station.
2. To take measures for the preservation of what has survived;
3. Write a statement about the incident to the territorial police department, to identify and bring to justice the perpetrators.
4. Obtain a certificate confirming the fact of the incident in the internal affairs bodies.

In case of natural disasters:

1. Immediately report the incident to the bodies of the Hydrometeorological Service for a certificate of what happened.
2. Take measures to preserve what has survived.
