Loss of transport vehicle resulting from theft or stealing

Dear client of ALMA Insurance,

On damage loss of transport vehicle resulting from theft or stealing, you SHOULD NOT to:

• give way to panic. Remember – your transport vehicle is insured.
• Change incident picture, do away with evidences testifying presence of the illegal actions fact.

Actions on damage loss of transport vehicle resulting from theft or stealing:

• Urgently phone internal affairs authorities (Police), whereupon submit written application to the territory department of militia (police) at the place of theft.
• Immediately notify an average commissioner about the incident.

For the indemnification it is necessary to provide Alma-Insurance company with the following documents:

1. written notification (notice) of the Insured (Beneficiary) about theft or steeling of transport vehicle. The notification should be forwarder to Alma-Insurance company within 3 working days from the incident;
2. registration documents for the transport vehicle (registration certificate, transportation vehicle registration document or their substituting documents);
3. complete set of original keys, remote control for electronic system, installed on the theft (steeled) transport vehicle;
4. documents from Internal Affairs authorities, confirming the fact of instituting criminal proceedings.
